Vedicom LTD. at the Plovdiv FairVedicom Ltd is founded only in 2001, but it has already gained a prestige place as a leader in the highly competitive field of designing and producing electronic scales. Our aim is to present on the Bulgarian and international market electronic measuring instruments with quality that meets European Standard, but at reasonable and competitive prices. Our scales with trade mark “VEDIA” are CE certified but yet our real reference is the great number of satisfied customers which states the product we offer is up to European standard. Since 2005 our company has been ISO9001:2000 certified and all the requirements of this international standard are successfully applied. In November 2009 a supervision audit was performed by Bureau Veritas Certification and we made a transition to ISO 9001:2008 standards.

Service room for set-up of scales up to 3000 kgSince 01.01.2007 as members of the EU we are obliged to adhere to the requirements of Directive 90/384 EEC concerning production of non-automatic weighing instruments and their putting on the market. Complying with this in 2007 VEDICOM LTD gained two European CE certificates of type-approval: for the electronic retail scales and for electronic platform scales. These approvals give us the right to produce and distribute our products within the boundaries of EU without any restrictions.

In addition to the certificates of type-approval from 21.10.2007, the Quality management system of VEDICOM LTD is approved according to procedure “Quality Assurance” in conformity with ANNEX II.2 of Directive 90/384 EEC from Notified Body “Magacommerce Ltd” (NB1863).This approval allows VEDICOM LTD to perform individually the metrological verification (conformity assessment of the product) of the electronic scales from VDS and VDI range.
